The vandals also erected a sign saying “land back” and circulated a historically revisionist pamphlet in downtown Bennington explaining why they defaced the statue of America’s Great Emancipator. The red paint was removed last week.

Violence is out of control in Portland. Maybe defunding police wasn’t such a great idea.

This week, the city witnessed a telling incident. Police had removed a fence erected around the Mark O. Hatfield U.S. Courthouse because it became a “symbol of divide” between law enforcement and the community. Rioters then descended on the federal courthouse and vandalized it. Now the fence is back up.

Antifa infiltrated DC riot, Antifa tells VT newspaper

The leftist organization Antifa did infiltrate the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol in Washington, D.C., but only to monitor, not to instigate violence, a Northeast Antifa spokesperson told The Commons weekly newspaper in Brattleboro.
