Secretary Condos encourages early voters to mail ballots by Oct. 31

Montpelier, VT – Today Vermont Secretary of State Jim Condos encouraged Vermonters who plan to vote early by mail in the November 8 General Election to mail their ballots no later than October 31, to ensure adequate time for their mailed ballot to reach the Town Clerk. Voters who are not planning to cast their ballot by mail are encouraged to make an alternative plan to return their ballots, which must be in possession of the Town Clerk by 7pm on Election Day to be counted.

“Whether you plan to vote early by mail, in-person at your Town Clerk’s office, by dropping your ballot at a secure ballot drop box, or by voting in-person at the polls on Election Day, having a voting plan helps ensure that you don’t experience any issues when casting your ballot,” said Condos.

“Over 85,000 Vermonters have already voted, embracing the universal ballot mailing process. Don’t risk your ballot arriving late: if you’re voting by mail, place your ballot in the mail by October 31 at the latest to ensure your voice is heard in our electoral process!”

Secretary Condos also encouraged voters to follow all instructions included with their ballot, issuing the following guidance:

“Once you receive your ballot, voting it is as easy as Sign, Seal & Send!

· Sign: Place your voted ballot in the ballot envelope and sign the certificate on the outside of the envelope, following all instructions included with your ballot.

· Seal: Seal your signed ballot envelope, with your voted ballot inside. Place and seal your ballot envelope inside the mailing envelope.

· Send: Return your ballot to your Town or City Clerk. They must have your ballot in hand by 7pm on Election Day (Tuesday, November 8) for it to be counted!

How you return your ballot is up to you. You may return your ballot:

· By mail: We recommend mailing your ballot package no later than Monday, October 31st to ensure adequate time for it to be delivered to your Town or City Clerk.

· In person: Bring your ballot to your Town or City Clerk’s office during normal business hours.

· Drop off at a secure ballot drop box before Election Day: Check the “Voters” page of our website, under “Quick Links,” or check with your Town or City Clerk’s office to see if a secure ballot drop box is available.

· Bring your ballot to the polls on Election Day: Bring your ballot to your polling location on Election Day (November 8, 2022) before the polls close at 7pm.

All polls will be open as usual on Election Day on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.”

  1. Condos knows the scam of universal mail-out of ballots violates the US and Vermont Constitution, as explained below:

My VT ballot came by mail

The ballot is filled-in the usual way.
Then it has to be put in a “Ballot Envelope”

On the outside of that envelope is:

    1) My first and last name with a number,
    2) A bar code with a number,
    3) A square identifier with a number
    4) A square identifier with VTSTSC01

All numbers are different and not explained!!!

    What do these numbers mean?
Why are these numbers not explained?

I have to sign the “Ballot Envelope”, and print my name, and the date, ON THE OUTSIDE

I have to insert the “Ballot Envelope” into the “Return Envelope”, and mail it to my Town Clerk.

If anyone opens the “Ballot Envelope” BEFORE OR AFTER ELECTION DAY, that person will immediately know my name, and how I voted, by looking at my completed ballot.

That means, the VT and US Constitutional requirement of a SECRET VOTE is no longer a reality.
Condos knows this, because I know this.

That information can be instantaneously tabulated by computers to give insiders in charge of counting centers an indication how the vote is going in various jurisdictions.

Any outcome manipulations (such as ballot box stuffing, making ballots disappear, having ballots appear out of nowhere), would likely be applied, as necessary, on the QT, while no one is looking.

The VT ballot combines local and federal elections

Only US CITIZENS are allowed to vote in FEDERAL elections, per the US Constitution.

Vermont’s present registered voter list set-up, and ballot set-up enables non-citizens to vote in FEDERAL elections.

    Dem/Progs likely know:

    – Illegals, with and without documents, are not allowed to vote, per US Constitution.
    – Legal US residents with green cards (who are not citizens), are also not allowed to vote, per US Constitution.

Dem/Progs aim to have every one vote, dead or alive, a la Tracy Adams in Georgia.
To make that happen, Dem/Progs in Georgia, or any other state, want “inclusive” registered voter lists.

    Anecdote, i.e., my personal experience

An “unlikely” voter, I, shows up to vote, in person.
    Poll worker: You already voted.
Voter: How could that be! I never received a ballot?
Poll worker: Let me see. Our records show you did. OK, here is a spare ballot. Please sign this affidavit, (to “classify” me for the next time)

    Purifying Registered Voter Lists

Vermont Secretary of State Condos, and his counterparts in other states, should focus on:

    1) Cleaning up their registered voter lists
2)) Rectify their loose-goosy, permissive, voting “requirements”, instead of using them as election weapons to flout the will of the people.

Manipulating voter lists provides corrupt election officials more names to “play” with, to enhance Dem/Prog power and command/control.

Secretaries of State and Dem/Prog legislators want to keep “their registered voting list weapons” by:

    1) Not deleting dead people
    2) Not deleting people who moved to another state
    3) Enabling non-citizens and illegal aliens to vote
    4) Enabling temporary residents to vote, even if they would reside less time in state than required by law. That requirement should be at least one year to avoid shenanigans
    5) Enabling convicted felons to vote (in jail, on parole, or not)
    6) Enabling under-age people to vote
    7) Enabling feeble-minded people in nursing homes to “vote”, by “proxies” filling in their ballots, without telling them; the epidemy of “absentee” voting.
    8) Enabling out-of-state /foreign students, citizen or not, to vote. They should vote in their own state/country at all times, no excuse.
    9) Enabling “motor-voting” to all comers, documented or not.
    10) Enabling ballot drop off boxes that are unsupervised 24/7, not monitored by video, a major fraud opportunity. A continuity of custody issue.
    11) Enabling indiscriminate mail-in voting (taking advantage of COVID conditions), a major fraud opportunity, as President Carter predicted a few decades ago, and was proven in 2020.
12 Placing in service Dominion, etc., voting machines that are:

    1) Programmable, i.e., they automatically switch votes from non-favored to favored candidates, as demonstrated on videos.
    2) Wirelessly connected to state-owned servers, enabling the:

    – Observation of real-time counting by official state entities.
    – Observation by unofficial entities by: 1) hacking the servers, and 2) by having received passwords from corrupt counting officials.
    – Sharing of real-time counting with US and foreign media for their election coverage.
    – The active “observation/participation” by foreign actors, such as China, etc.

NOTE: Condos would say: “Vermont’s counting machines are old-fashioned. They merely read ballots”
Feeding “extra” ballots of dead people, and moved people, into the readers, to favor a candidate, at opportune times, is not possible?

    Counting Abuses

In Democrat-run Vermont cities and towns, feeding fake ballots (stuffing the ballot box) is a common practice, as is feeding the same ballot multiple times. Poll workers talk about shenanigans, but almost never in public, for fear of retaliation, such as loss of a job.

In Georgia counting centers, such fake ballots and multiple-feeding was recorded, on surveillance videos, unbeknownst to counting folks.
Remarkably, not one of about 10 perpetrators was charged/arrested by local police, local courts, the FBI and DOJ!!!

Trump lost Georgia, and other states, as ordained/orchestrated by Dem/Progs and allied entities.

    Unfavorable Counting Trends

If counting trends are unfavorable, due to unforeseen, landslide-voting for a not-favored candidate, election officials in Dem/Prog-run cities:

    1) Merely stop the counting to reassess the situation (with supporting comments from the Dem/Prog-controlled Media)

    2) Hussle up additional already-filled-in “mail-in” ballots, in envelopes or not, with creases or not, from undisclosed storage areas (as revealed by counting spikes shown on TV, etc.)

    3) Run the same ballots through counting machines multiple times during off-hours, with no observers (on surveillance video in Georgia), and during regular hours, with observers far away from the actual counting, and with blanked-off windows to preclude observation by anyone else.

NOTE: The Legislature of New Hampshire became Republican, because the activist “student vote” was absent.
They likely voted in their own states as well, as part of “every vote must be counted”.

  3. Secretary Condos, please put down the shovel, you have buried yourself up to your chin. There is no escaping what you have done. Retirement will not save you or your comrads. Tick-tock.

  4. Let’s see now. Where did I put my tinfoil hat.

Perhaps Condos thinks that the when more mail-in ballots are mailed early, the sooner his vote counters will have sufficient time to determine how many additional ballots are required to affect the election outcome to Condos’ satisfaction.

  5. Condos says; “We recommend mailing your ballot package no later than Monday, October 31st to ensure adequate time for it to be delivered to your Town or City Clerk.”

Or you could just deliver it in person on voting day. That way you know it is your ballot that is being counted and that they got it in time.

What the hell is wrong with the old way. It was pretty hard to screw up. Putting your ballot into the mail is only asking for trouble. Chain of custody is broken. A voter will never know if their vote was actually counted.

    • Oh, and what exactly is a “secure” drop box. Something that an F-350 with a trailer hitch and a heavy chain could not abscond with ? Or are the election police watching them every minute ?

    • Scott says, Condos is the expert!!
How naive can a Governor be?

Go to the polls, en masse, to vote out the Dem/Prog barnacles that have been sucking you dry for decades, and ruining the Vermont economy by making a ward of the federal government

No sane out-of-state business would ever dream of starting a business in socialist Vermont

  6. Secretary Condos encourages early voters to mail ballots, of course, he does,
this ” publisher clearing house ” delivery system, everyone gets one, like it ot
not…………..he’s the Fox in the chicken coup……………… !!
