Under normal conditions, the new year is a time of reflection on the year past. 2020 was no ordinary year.
Now three months into 2021 we have endured the health, societal, and economic challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic that have rocked our communities. Many people have lost their lives, or their loved ones, along the way. Our country is experiencing the greatest state of political and social discord in recent memory, and we just emerged from the most divided and contentious presidential election that I have experienced during my time in public office, concluding with an open insurrection on our nation’s Capitol.
Political discourse leading up to the election was tainted with disinformation driven by partisan political agendas. Even after November 3rd there were outright efforts in state legislatures to subvert the vote of the people, despite the clear, accurate, and verified election results. The basic tenets of our democracy endure continual debate, but have not been truly stress-tested like this in decades.

Despite these unfounded, baseless and politically motivated attacks from leaders who knew better, our democracy proved resilient. Still, democracy isn’t permanent: it requires continual upkeep and maintenance. I am not alone in wanting to turn our sights to the future with renewed vigilance.
Unfortunately, we are seeing an unprecedented, all-out assault on voting rights in states around the country. According to the Brennan Center, there are 165 bills in 33 states aimed at making it harder for eligible Americans to vote, grounded in baseless and disproven claims of widespread voter fraud. It’s my understanding this number has grown since their data collection, now surpassing 250 bills. This opportunistic gambit is cause for alarm.
In fact, the true voter fraud in this country is denying any eligible American the right to cast a ballot.
The 2020 election was the most secure and the most scrutinized U.S. election in recent history, and perhaps ever, according to many non-partisan experts. Local, county and state election officials worked diligently and transparently ensuring the results of the election reflected the votes cast by American voters. These facts have been checked, and they have been rechecked through canvassing, certification, recounts, audits and investigations.
No substantiated evidence of widespread voter fraud or election rigging has ever been produced, and courts around the country have rejected these baseless claims no less than 60 times.
It is time we stopped allowing the opponents of voting rights to use their ‘cry wolf’ tactics to dictate policy. The voting process, including voting by mail, was an overwhelming success by any measure in 2020, allowing a record number of Americans to vote safely in the middle of a global pandemic.
Our charge should not be to defend our democracy, but to strengthen it, and our democracy will only grow stronger when we pass policies that make the democratic process more accessible and more equitable for every eligible American voter.
We need look no further than the state I am proud to call home – Vermont. Automatic and online voter registration helps us meet people where they’re at to register them to vote. Same day voter registration ensures no eligible voter will be denied their Constitutional right to vote on Election Day. Vermonters can vote ‘no-excuse’ early or absentee starting 45 days before election day, and this year we are working with the legislature to expand Vermont’s vote by mail process so that every active, registered voter is mailed a ballot for future general elections.
Voting laws have never been fully equitable in the United States and brave leaders have fought hard to win every voting rights expansion we have seen. The attempts to reverse this march of progress are unconscionable and indelibly stain the very values we claim the United States stands for.
Make no mistake, the words “voter fraud” and “voting integrity” are used together to mask voter suppression.
We can, and must, do better. We can pass bills that grow democracy in states around the country. Congress can lead by doing the same. The For The People Act (H.R. 1) would create minimum voter registration and access standards for states, and I expect Congress to pass this important legislation. They also must act to restore the critical protections for voters the Supreme Court stripped out of the Voting Rights Act in 2013, by placing a moratorium on discriminatory voter registration and rights practices into law.
In 2020 our democracy was pushed to its limits and it survived – barely. Now we must all take these hard-learned lessons and move forward with certainty and resolve.
Voting is the very core of our democracy. Let’s make 2021 the year when we rise up and reinforce that core by increasing access to the ballot box for all qualified voters rather than chipping away at this most important right with anti-democratic policies that make it more difficult for Americans to vote.

Georgia in one of the states where His Fraudulency Joe Biden squeaked out a win in 2020, but only after voting laws were drastically changed to invite widespread fraud, and not by the state legislature, as required by the Constitution, but by Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a RINO Republican, who is widely seen as someone who caved to pressure from Stacey Abrams.
Among various outrages, Raffensperger’s consent decree removed the necessary requirement to match the signature on the absentee ballot to the signature on the voter registration card.
Without this signature verification, anyone can mail in a vote claiming to be someone else, including someone who’s dead or moved out of state. Take not CONDOS
Raffensperger also approved the use of 300 absentee ballot DROP BOXES prior to the 2020 election, and again did so unilaterally, and unconstitutionally, without the legislature’s consent.
Questions remain about the security of those drop boxes, including during the collection of ballots. CONDOS, this relates to Chain of Custody.
Worse still, the far-left tech-giant Facebook, a private corporation, was given the authority to place drop boxes, FOR FREE, in Democrat-heavy areas.
All of this, of course, is outrageous. We don’t know if the margin of fraud in Georgia cost Trump the state, but based on the number of rejected absentee ballots as compared to other elections, we do know there was fraud, BIG TIME.
What Georgia’s State legislature is now looking to do is plug these holes, holes obviously created to facilitate vote fraud. CONDOS is opposed to those laws.
The new laws would also involve a number of common sense changes that are broadly popular with the public: a photo ID required to vote, tighten the rules involving mail-in voting eligibility, reduce early voting days, remove corporate giants like Facebook from the process, etc.
Because these changes are widely popular among Democrats and Republicans, white voters and black, Abrams is using emotional blackmail against corporate America in the hopes they will pressure the Georgia legislature and RINO Republican governor back off.
Condos should focus on his registered voter lists and his loose-goosy, leftist, voting “requirements”
In Democrat-controlled Vermont cities and towns, feeding fake ballots (stuffing the ballot box) is a common practice, as is feeding the same ballot multiple times, as was done in Georgia counting centers which were recorded ON VIDEO.
Manipulating voter lists provides corrupt election officials more names to “play” with, to enhance Democrat power and command/control.
1) Not deleting dead people
2) Not deleting people who moved to another state
3) Enabling non-citizens and illegal aliens to vote (with documents, or not)
4) Enabling temporary residents to vote, even if they would reside less time in state than required by law. That requirement should be at least one year to avoid shenanigans
5) Enabling convicted felons to vote (in jail , on parole, or not)
6) Enabling under-age people to vote
7) Enabling feeble-minded people in nursing homes to “vote”, by “proxies” filling in their ballots, without even telling them
8) Enabling out-of-state students, citizen or not, to vote; they should vote in their own state, AT ALL TIMES, NO EXCUSE.
9) Enabling “motor voting” to ALL COMERS, documented or not.
10) Enabling ballot drop off boxes that are unsupervised 24/7, not monitored by video, a major fraud opportunity
11) Enabling indiscriminate mail-in voting (taking advantage of COVID conditions), a major fraud opportunity, as President Carter predicted a few decades ago

“Mass-mail balloting is a step backward for American elections. There are millions of voter registration records with unreliable ‘active’ address information that will ultimately send ballots to the wrong place in a mail election,” PILF President J. Christian Adams said in the brief.
Prior to the election, PILF criticized such mass ballot mailings in states that hadn’t had such systems already in place.
The entire state of Nevada reported only 5,863 mail ballots returned undeliverable in the 2012, 2014, 2016, and 2018 General Elections combined, the brief says, referring to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission surveys.
Adams also took aim at the H.R. 1 election reform bill that was recently passed by the Democrat-controlled House of Representatives.
The nearly 800-page bill would largely shift power over elections to the federal government. It would discard state voter-ID laws, allow for same-day voter registration, ban witness signature requirements for mail-in ballots, and require that mail-in ballots can arrive as late as 10 days after election day (as long as it is post stamped by election day). It would also make it a federal crime to “communicate or cause to be communicated” information that is knowingly false and designed to discourage voting and require a plethora of other measures.
Conservatives have made it their priority to oppose the bill.
“H.R. 1 does more harm than good for the American people and will leave them at a constant disadvantage to correct election system errors which ultimately impact their abilities to vote in a timely manner,” Adams said.
The bill “basically codifies everything that was irregular or outright wrong or the opportunities for fraud during last year’s election and makes it the law of the land,” Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita recently told Breitbart News.

Here is an example of a major fraud, carried out near Bethpage, Long Island, NY, for the benefit of Dem/Progs in Pennsylvania, just in case they needed some extra ballots to offset the humongous lead of Trump.
They needed every one of these ballots, plus a lot more, which they had to manufacture in a hurry, AFTER the polls closed.
That is the reason for stopping the election-night counting in six states, all at the same time, as pre-arranged.

Pre-Meditated Fixing of the Election for Biden
Sometime in August, Democrat operatives in NY (Schumer is from NY) likely talked to Democrat operatives in Philadelphia (Biden is from PA), regarding how to use mail-in ballots to fix the election for Biden, just in case he would be behind Trump.
It likely was decided, PA would supply to NY:
1) The ballots for each district,
2) The envelopes and
3) Copies of the registered voter lists, marked with likely voters.
Additional ballots would be filled in for many of the remaining names.
NOTE: Some of these “unlikely” voters would show up to vote in person.
They were told they already voted.
How could that be I never received a ballot?

NOTE: The Legislature of New Hampshire became Republican, because the “student vote” was absent. They likely voted in their own states as well.
If an average worker could complete one ballot, ready for mailing, in about 2 minutes, there would be 30 x 8 x 5 = 1200 ballots per week, per worker. If there were 100 such workers (ten at each location), it would take about 16 – 17 days to complete 280,000 ballots.
The ballots likely would be stored in a secure location, ready for transport, a few weeks before Election day, to the USPS mail center in Bethpage, NY, a few miles from NYC.
NOTE: In Michigan, the programmable Dominion machine error-rate was set at 68% (which is ridiculously high), i.e., a very large number of ballots had to be “adjudicated”, i.e., looked at by Democrat-registered poll workers, who would subjectively decide whether Biden or Trump. See URL and video.
Forensic Analyst Report Writer Regarding Michigan: “This program is designed specifically to generate these types of errors and that’s how they move votes from one candidate to another,” DePerno said. “They put them in these folders for mass adjudication and they’re shipped somewhere, in our case, specifically as you see in the report, we can’t tell that right now, because on Nov. 4, all of those system files, those adjudication files and internet files, were deleted, contrary to the usual practice followed during prior elections.

Jesse is a truck driver for a USPS subcontractor.
He drives a USPS trailer-truck from the USPS Bethpage New York Logistics & Distribution Center, Long Island, NY, to Lancaster, PA, almost every day.
His trailer was loaded with USPS trays with ballots, which were packed in 24 very large, cardboard containers, aka “Gaylords”.
USPS Postal Packs are 69” high x 48” x 40”, on a plastic pallet, for sack and tray mail, capacity 2000 lb.
The units are laid down, loaded through the top, tilted up, and placed in the trailer.
He saw handwritten addresses in the upper-left corner of the envelopes.
He had dispatch tickets, dated October 21 (two weeks before the election), to drive to Harrisburg, PA
In the back (near the tractor) were the boxes to be unloaded at the USPS Center, in Lancaster, PA.
In the front were the boxes to be unloaded at the USPS Center, in Harrisburg, PA
He arrived at Harrisburg, but nothing was unloaded, which he thought was odd.
He asked the Dispatcher what is going on, and asked for a standard USPS ticket to be paid for “wait-time”.
The Dispatcher told him to wait until the Supervisor of Transportation would tell him what to do, which he thought was odd, because he had never talked to a Supervisor in the past, he had always talked to a Dispatcher.
After a 6-hour wait, the Supervisor appeared and told him to go to Lancaster, but he refused to give Jesse the standard USPS routing ticket and standard USPS wait-time ticket Jesse had asked for.
Jesse thought, going to Lancaster did not make any sense, because the Lancaster cargo was in the back of the trailer.
He drove to Lancaster, parked his trailer in the usual loading dock, and drove his tractor to his nearby home.
The next morning, October 22, he drove his tractor to the USPS center in Lancaster, to hook up his trailer, but to his surprise, the trailer was gone. He has not seen it since.
He had been making this mail run every day for about 18 months. This was the first time his trailer was gone.
The trailer contained up to 280,000 ballots, completely filled out, according to USPS eye witnesses.

15 states and Washington, D.C. have enacted laws which would give the presidency to the person who wins the popular vote instead of who gets the most Electoral College votes.
These states have passed bills to join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. Under the compact, the candidate who receives the most popular votes nationwide would be be awarded the electoral college votes from participating states, even if the candidate lost in that state.
In order for the bills in states which have passed laws recognizing the agreement, a total of 270 electoral votes from participating states is needed.
Currently, the compact has garnered 196 electoral votes with 74 more needed for the agreement to go into effect. States which have passed laws include Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Delaware, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Vermont, California, Illinois, New York, and the District of Columbia.

Anything else is purely deceitful and cannot be substantiated. Our town clerks etc received mail in ballots and did not even substantiate them because apparently “this is not their job”. I understanding the the town clerks do swear an oath that they will uphold all laws within their power………………so we start by rounding them up and make them go through everything and if discrepancies are found we fire them, period.
Condos’ assertions of election integrity and denial of voter fraud seem but more lip service, read off the list of democrat and progressive talking points. I doubt the accuracy of his statements, particularly regarding the 2020 elections. His words of assurance immediately bring my thinking to voter ID as the only practical solution to insure “free and fair” elections. Regardless of one’s personal opinion on voter and election fraud in 2020, there was far too many incidents and accusations that went un-investigated to assure integrity of the election. This includes the Vermont races.
Sorry, Jim. If the state requires ID for even application for social services, then the argument that an ID to vote is onerous seems invalid. If Jim, you believe that mail-in ballots are immune from fraud and that HR.1 is good for America and voters- it helps explain why we are in the mess we are in.

The key word Condos’s cozening tries to slip by us is the term ‘eligible’. If only it were so.
Condos also demonstrates a complete void in his understanding of the U.S. Constitution, which explains the political depth perception of the Vermonters who elected him.
Here’s the deal: when Condos says: “we are seeing an unprecedented, all-out assault on voting rights in states around the country”, he’s referring to the various activities in each State to insure every bona fide “eligible American the right to cast a ballot.” Not necessarily meaning every guy who just fell of the turnip truck.
Clearly, Condos, Vermont’s Secretary of State no less, doesn’t know about or understand the ‘Elections Clause’ in Article 1, § 4, clause 1, of the United States Constitution:
“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of [choosing] Senators.”
Again, the statute says: ‘prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof;”.
This is what Federalism and State’s Rights are all about. And each State can review the failures and successes of their neighboring States to see what works and what doesn’t.
Condos, on the other hand, is the harbinger of yet another attempted Constitutional coupe by the Left-leaning U.S. Congress, to exceed the federal government’s enumerated powers, by imposing a one-size-fits-all voting process on all States, be they as diverse in their individual circumstance as Vermont is compared to, for example, Texas or California.
If Vermonters don’t start paying attention to the foundation supporting their constitutional rights, they will lose them. And we’re already well on our way to that eventuality.
One thing is for sure – Condos – with his formerly frequent Freudian roadshow oddly Orwellian-themed “Transparency Tours” has done the math and knows the only way for the deranged DemocratMarxist Party of VT to continue it reign of terror requires legalization of massive voter fraud.
