Dialogues with Meg Hansen: How does Vermont treat retired veterans?

Terry Williams is a farmer from Poultney and a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel who served in Afghanistan. In this week’s episode of Dialogues, he speaks about the challenges faced by retired veterans living in Vermont.
