Letter: When will Joe Biden lead by example?

This letter is by Mark Shepard, a former Vermont state senator (2003-2006) in the Bennington District.

There now is a mountain of evidence, authenticated by the FBI and many other government and private entities, that millions upon millions of dollars were doled out to the Biden family from foreign entities, most of which, interestingly, have ties to foreign oil industries, for seemly nothing in value from the Bidens — except possible influence of U.S. policy through Joe Biden.

Could Joe Biden’s irrational energy plan to shut down the U.S. oil industry and put us back into dependence on foreign oil be at least part of the answer?

It is beyond time for Joe Biden to get out of his basement and answer questions. It is unimaginable that there are not very high crimes involved here. Joe Biden eagerly pushed a crime bill that put thousands upon thousands of Americans, mostly from minority communities, in prison for long sentences for crimes as small as personal drug use.

We know Joe Biden can campaign as the man of good character.  We will know if he can finally live up to that when he leads by coming clean and turning himself and his family members in to law enforcement and lets the equal justice he so loudly calls for finally take place.

Make your vote worth the most you can. I did by voting for our president, whom I did not vote for in 2016. I choose energy independence and Middle East peace deals over sending our young men and women to die and be maimed in endless oil-wars.

  1. Here is an example of how Biden will lead.
It is more likely he will be led by others.
    Tragic and hilarious

Has there been a worse candidate in history than Joe Biden?
When this election is over, the books revealing what went on backstage will be illuminating.
But the truth is there for anyone with eyes to see.
Take Biden’s car rally in Flint, Mich., Saturday, with a star-power assist from Barack Obama.
    Awkward barely covers it.
Obama, effortlessly cool, gave a warm-up speech to the assembled cars before ramping up to a dramatic introduction: “My friend, the next president of the United States of America: Joe Biden!”
Moments ticked by, but there was no sign of the candidate.
“Joe Biden!” Obama repeated, a little less confidently. But still no show.
Obama tried a third time: “Joe Biden!”
Biden at last emerged from a nearby building and did a pantomime slow jog to the stage.
    The worst part came later.
After Biden had shouted his way through a short teleprompter speech, Obama came back onstage, perhaps to escort him off, because Biden did not seem to know where he was.

    BIDEN IS TOTALLY LOST

  2. When has Biden ever led by example? With a 47 year track record as an elected official, including 8 years as Vice President, he was able to accomplish exactly nothing.

This ‘gaffe a minute’ geriatric and his communist, cackling sidekick are a complete farce.
