Guv pledges zero emissions for trucks, buses; UVM dings online students $2,600 for facilities

Gov. Phil Scott announced that Vermont has joined 15 states and the District of Columbia in signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that calls for 100% of all new medium- and heavy-duty vehicle sales to be zero emission vehicles by 2050.

Montpelier City Council, Klar say partisan politics at work over street murals

Election law glitch needs fixing, Scott says

Vermont’s new, universal vote-by-mail law contains a technical flaw “leaving the authority of the Secretary of State ambiguous as it relates to ballot returns,” Gov. Phil Scott said in a letter to the Legislature sent Thursday.
