Vermonters should pay attention here because we have more CON laws than any other state in the Union.
The New York Times calculated that every U.S. citizen would be obligated to pay $9.41 to meet our commitment to the Green Climate Fund under the Paris Agreement. The States Climate Alliance’s obligation would jump up to about $32 per person, or $128 for a family of four.
The House and Senate formally adjourned the 2017 session late Thursday evening after finishing up a final budget expected to be vetoed by Republican Gov. Phil Scott.
It would be a horrible, awful, no good thing to waste this unbelievable opportunity to move the country to the right by nominating a Republican who is not a conservative, and will not govern as one. Like Trump.
