The Vermont Student Anti-Racism Network hosted an online panel discussion Thursday to discuss race relations and other topics for Vermont’s schools.
The conference, hosted by the Vermont Student Anti-Racism Network, will include a breakout space for conversations, speakers, and a presentation by VSARN students on the work they are doing to promote anti-racism in schools.

Gov. Kristi Noem signed Executive Order 2022-02 which bans the teaching of “inherently divisive concepts.” The order lists critical race theory (CRT) as “a political and divisive ideology that teaches a distorted view” of the U.S. and its institutions.
“It discriminates against other poor people,” Sen. Russ Ingalls said. “I don’t want to discriminate against anyone. If you have two poor people, and one is a person of color, the person of color is more than likely going to be helped before that other equally deserving person.”
Vermont is being flooded with out-of-state criminal actors who sell drugs and commit crimes, but progressive liars have racialized everything to undermine police and help criminals inflict crimes, recklessly placing both police officers and Vermonters at increasing risk.
