Juneteenth resolution in Vermont calls Trump tweets ‘racist’

A proposed Vermont House resolution honoring “Juneteenth” also describes recent tweets by President Trump are “racist.” The House is likely to vote on the resolution tomorrow, June 19, the 155th anniversary of the day slavery was officially abolished in Texas.
