Roper: Will Vermont pay $20 million to Green Climate Fund?

The New York Times calculated that every U.S. citizen would be obligated to pay $9.41 to meet our commitment to the Green Climate Fund under the Paris Agreement. The States Climate Alliance’s obligation would jump up to about $32 per person, or $128 for a family of four.

Vermont Neighbors Project gives voice to wind turbine noise victims

While the Public Service Board and lawmakers wrangle over decibel limits for wind turbines, residents who live near wind energy plants are turning to the Vermont Neighbors Project to share how they have been harmed by turbine noise.
