This is clearly a “plan to use a future central bank digital currency to control Americans’ behavior.” The collapse of the Treasury market — caused by overspending, and subsequent money printing in the name of reducing inflation — is the necessary event required to implement it.

Survey: Growing number of small businesses can’t pay rent

Alignable released its monthly small business report for October which showed 37% of American small business owners were unable to pay rent on time or in full last month. That is up from 30% who said the same the month before.

With interest rates at 7.6% and climbing, construction costs at record levels, and construction labor in short supply, it is not the time to build. It is, however, time for towns and villages to plan and acquire housing sites with zoning and all approvals in place.

So much for the falsely-named Democrat “Inflation Reduction Act.” September’s inflation figures came out worse than expected this week, but Americans didn’t need Washington bureaucrats to tell them they’re suffering record high price spikes.
