MONTPELIER, Vt. — Today Vermont Secretary of State Jim Condos announced the 2020 post-Election audit will be temporarily postponed until such time that it can be held safely due to COVID-19 and the associated health risks posed by gathering staff and members of the public from multiple communities and households in one room for multiple hours to conduct the audit.
“My planning for the conduct of the 2020 elections in Vermont has been driven by two guiding principles: preserve every eligible voter’s right to vote and protect the health and safety of voters, Town Clerks, and election workers,” said Secretary Condos.
“At this time, we have been told repeatedly by national and state health experts that gathering in groups from multiple households should be avoided at all costs. After consulting with Vermont’s health experts, I have determined that in order to protect the health and safety of my staff, the Town Clerks and members of their Boards of Civil Authority responsible for bringing the ballots to us, and members of the public interested in attending the open audit process, the audit shall be postponed until such time that it can be held safely and transparently.”
After every General Election, voted ballots are stored in secure, tamper-proof ballot bags and locked in the Town Clerks’ vaults, under a secure chain of custody. They must be kept for 22 months following the election.
Seven randomly selected voting precincts will be included in this year’s audit: Brandon, Pownal, Randolph, South Burlington (Chittenden 7-4), Topsham, Warren and Worcester. Six of these seven towns use optical scan tabulators for the tabulation of election results, and one town (Topsham) uses hand count procedures.
Every ballot cast in those precincts will be audited, and every race on those ballots will be included in the audit. Following the November 3rd election all ballots cast were sealed in ballot bags and held securely by the Town Clerks in their vaults.
“Fortunately, due to the secure procedures surrounding our post-election audit process, we are in a position to be able to do what is best for the health and safety of all involved,” said Condos. “While this was a difficult decision to make, we cannot take any risks during a time that cases are increasing here in Vermont, and even more so in our surrounding states.”
The postponement of the audit was authorized by Secretary Condos in a directive he issued today pursuant to the authority granted to him by the Legislature under Acts 92 and 135 of 2020.
“Fraud” is the intentional misrepresentation of material facts. It comes in many shapes and sizes, and can be an act of commission or omission. “No one is above the law” is an oft-cited refrain from the virtue-signaling crowd on the left; however, do they practice what they preach? Not so much. No better example of this is there than the slip-shod way this election cycle’s state-wide mail-in votes were handled, under SOS guidance. Here’s what I mean: There are four items of information voters are required {by Vermont statutory law, and/or the administrative rules that flow therefrom} to include on the “Certificate” portion of the envelope containing the voted ballot: 1. Town of voter’s residency, 2. Voter’s printed name, 3. Voter’s signature, and 4. Date. In theory, the absence of this information, in whole or in part, can render a ballot “Defective” and, as such, NOT COUNTED! After all, we must follow the law, right? Especially here in Vermont where we don’t have voter ID, nor any method to verify a “signature” – whatever that may look like – is that of the registered voter. But, alas, not according to SOS! As we encountered these problems during early processing of mail-in ballots, our Town Clerk was told by SOS office staff that the only thing required on the “Certificate” was the “signature,” and even that didn’t have to be legible! Exceptions to a rule often becomes the rule is a lesson I learned a long time ago. As an election official (JP), I objected strongly to such blatant disregard for the law, to no avail. So, dear reader, was there “fraud” in this election? Tip of an iceberg, perhaps? You decide.
Pants on fire and Four Pinochio Alert: Quite clearly guilty as charged. Obviously much to hide and looking for any way out no matter how difficult to believe. In the meantime – voting machines can be examined and audited by masked voting-machine fraud investgative team.

On June 4, 2010, Dominion Voting Systems, a previously little-known Canadian company which engaged in the manufacture of electronic voting hardware and optical scanners, acquired Sequoia Voting Systems Inc. Sequoia filed a bankruptcy petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in February 2014.”

Only days ago, John Daniel Davidson, political editor for The Federalist, reported on an illegal “cash-for-votes scheme” that was hiding in plain sight in Nevada amid sworn allegations of vote fraud in favor of Democrat Joe Biden.
“Similar efforts in as many as a half-dozen other states, including every major battleground state, were undertaken by groups that worked hand in hand with the Joe Biden campaign to deliver votes for Democrats.”
Cases may be up but the death rate is still the same. 99.96% chance of survival. Are they counting the flu cases or has it finally been eradicated?
Our elections are done. I don’t know how this can be fixed going forward with the political sentiment in VT being so left of center. Dogmatically they would be happy with no elections and have caucus appointees in line for office. The only way we can avoid totalitarian future is to somehow pass on some education to the electorate in spite of the media stenographers taking over the airwaves. The old adage ” Kill your television!” has never sounded so prophetic.

Delaying certification is a good decision.
But, why the big rush?
Many states have not yet certified the election results.
Pennsylvania made a mistake.
It rushed its certification, to establish a “fait accompli”, but there have been massive complaints from all over PA, regarding fraudulent/suspicious/irregular activities.

About 1,823,000 ballots were mailed out, but 2,589,000 mail-in ballots were counted

The 2,500,000 mail-in ballot number was deleted from Election Office website on November 24
Various other witnesses testified regarding their observations regarding counting ballots.
Multiple EXPERT witnesses testified these activities are so egregious, that they could not understand how anyone, in good conscious, could certify the election results.
The witnesses included a witness who knew intimate details about Dominion voting machines, that are 100% connected to the internet, testified these activities are so egregious, that they could not understand how anyone, in good conscious, could certify the PA election results.

2) A Pennsylvania appeals court judge, Patricia McCullough, ordered state officials on Wednesday to halt any further steps toward certifying election results, with an evidentiary hearing to be held on November 25.
The ruling comes a day after Gov. Tom Wolf, a Democrat, said he had certified Democrat Joe Biden as the state’s winner of the presidential election.

This proves beyond reasonable doubt 1) there the election process is corrupt, 2) each state has their own policies for counting votes (people like Condos be controlled), 3) Liberal judges (lawyers) have dictated their own policies-positions into the process resulting in a mush-mash of orders without Constitutional grounds, 4) Only ballots of the military and the impared be counted with witness signature and contact info, 5) Ballots received after election day are disregarded and dates so verified, 6) Observers be present from both parties, 7) No media reporting or projecting winners-this influences the voting in different time zones, 8) No more stopping counting to allow ballots be allowed, 9) All voters need an ID, 19) no double or triple voting by out-of-state students, 11) Keep accurate records of voters-moved or died, 12) Ballot counting machines need be tamper proof and all ballots counted by machine. FL has developed a sensible quick system to count ballots, it can be done, 13) All ballots have the same standardized structure- compare the VT ballot to NH’s ballot-huge difference- NH’s was common sense-VT ballot had Trump at the bottom of the list of canadites and Biden at the top (a Condos operandi), 14) Illegals not allowed to vote, 15) no mass mailing of ballots, 16 this has lighted some of the current problems-more can be exposed concisely. .
It has been proposed that the Feds by law should produce regulatory guidance as what is required by states to conduce an national election. Condos and et al will be forced to adhere under penalty of law otherwise mandatory jail time. Need teeth in the law and to eliminate Liberal Judges decisions that has been a thorn in the process. This will equalize the election process long overdo.

That is a red herring the US and VT Media keep repeating, as if the VOTERS were at fault.
That is far from the case.

Yes I woke up wondering what happened early AM wondering what happened to Trump’s lead, quite numerous then. It was a coordinated effort by Biden’s Brown Shirts. Voting was supposedly halted in all of those Liberal states. If no counting, how did Biden assume the lead?
Most of the time Biden stayed in his bunker, no appearance. And when he did on a limited exposure, a short talk, no questions. He had to be informed the fix was in and don’t expose yourself. Mr Condos doesn’t want an audit to finally ‘discover’ that there was malfeasance with the elections. Given his defense of universal mail-in ballots, it’s probably something he knew about from the beginning, and something he probably doesn’t want to explain now.
