Liberal activists pressure Justice Breyer to retire because he’s against court-packing

President Joe Biden is creating a commission to study the impact of expanding the Supreme Court. During the 2020 presidential election, Biden refused to address whether he would pack the court, insisting that he would not provide such an answer until at least 180 days after he became president.

The Excelsior Pass, launched in early April, is the nation’s first state-sponsored COVID-19 vaccine passport program. The program enables private venues such as concert halls and arenas to scan a QR code on New Yorkers’ phones to verify their vaccine status prior to granting entry.

President Joe Biden falsely suggested that Americans who purchase firearms at gun shows don’t need to first pass a background check prior to the transaction. Federal law already mandates firearm dealers to initiate a background check on prospective buyers at stores and gun shows.

Sweeping bill limiting mail-in, drive thru voting advances in Texas

Senate Bill 7 would slash extended early voting hours, make it illegal for local officials to send absentee ballot applications to qualified individuals without them first requesting one and completely end drive-thru voting, the method used by approximately 127,000 Texans during the 2020 election.
