Gov. Phil Scott announces opening of additional business operations, increased social gathering sizes

ACCD has issued health and safety requirements and procedures for the resumption of businesses such as gyms, fitness centers, nail salons, spas and tattoo parlors, as well as cleaning services and other businesses that require home visits. Addendum 16 also allows social gatherings of 25 people or less.

Vermont’s state revenue down 57% for the month of April

April is the first full month of revenue collections since a state of emergency was declared by Gov. Scott, and the subsequent mitigation “Stay Home Stay Safe” order was issued on March 24. April revenues collected were predictably and dramatically under the consensus forecast for the month.
