John Klar: Hunting rights on the block in devious constitutional railroading

The logic being used to ram several anti-hunting bills through the Senate Natural Resources and Energy Committee would suffice to ban all hunting rights of all kinds, and allow a small minority of partisan influencers to essentially erase state and federal constitutional guarantees.

Vermont legislators flagrantly violate both constitutions

Now is the time to stand up in Vermont, as some legislators are acting much more like Kim Jong-un than elected representatives. King among them is Sen. Dick McCormack, aka “King Dick.”

John Klar: Legalizing prostitution will boost sex trafficking in Vermont

These efforts to expose young women to predatory pornographers and pimps is a stellar example of how extraordinarily dangerous and ill-considered are all of these abuses of Vermonters.

John Klar: Legalized prostitution will increase exploitation of vulnerable women

This absurd legislation should be called “The Pimps’ Law,” because it will open floodgates of sexual predation and exploitation in Vermont.

John Klar: Progressives take over Vermont — Part 1

There are no groups of Vermonters publicly attacking people of color, only groups of zealots attacking whites with prideful impunity. Vermont has never been “systemically” racist — until now.

John Klar: Searching for white supremacy in the Green Mountains

Vermont has never been a white supremacist state. That’s just a fact, employing traditional English language. However, a disillusioned gang of racist ideologues seeks to change the English language such that “being white” equals “white supremacist.”

John Klar: Boycott GoFundMe

No American should use the GoFundMe platform ever again — let this America-hating fraud earn revenue from America-haters alone.

John Klar: Free speech confusion among Vermont legislators

This insulting bill, S.265, is motivated to silence angry Vermont parents who criticized derelict, unrepresentative school boards over the ongoing travesty of CRT, masks and vaccines, and trans-pronouns for kindergartners.

John Klar: A talk with Vermont parents about teachers

It is time Vermont parents stopped trying to talk to teachers and began just talking to each other about teachers. There are some terrific teachers in this state — but Jen Ellis demonstrates that some teachers are instead nasty and hate-filled.

John Klar: Hunting for the Vermont Constitution in two new bills

The latest effort to destroy Vermont culture is underway in Montpelier, in two ill-conceived bills that seek to restructure oversight of Vermont’s fish and wildlife management and ban foot-hold trapping entirely.

John Klar: Proposal 5 begs federal rescue of viable children and pregnant women

Roe v. Wade defined a compelling interest to protect life beginning at viability — scientifically accepted at 24 weeks. Vermont is protecting abortions even beyond 40 weeks. This is not just a technicality — this is Prop 5, perhaps the most extreme abortion law in the world.

John Klar: No go for Ngo at Dartmouth College — Free speech loses again

Ngo has challenged the violent and hateful ideology of the Antifa movement, and the events at Dartmouth prove that he is correct to raise alarms — and that governments and universities are allowing terrorists to rule universities and city streets alike.
