Middlebury College canceled his speech. Then, a few students redeemed the situation.

The script for what followed has become all too familiar. Students protested his appearance and accused Legutko of criticizing multiculturalism and gay marriage. They falsely claimed he “has built his career off of homophobic, xenophobic, racist, misogynistic discourse.”

The U.K. is in the grip of a climate change panic. Weeks of incessant protests and alarming rhetoric culminated in U.K. lawmakers declaring a “climate emergency.”

Florida lawmakers sent a bill to Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis Wednesday that would allow teachers to carry firearms at school in response to the 2018 Parkland shooting.

‘Rich States, Poor States’ ranks Vermont 49th

The American Legislative Exchange Council just published its annual analysis of states’ economic outlooks, Rich States, Poor States, and, overall, they peg Vermont as 49th, or next to worst. Thank goodness for New York!

AG Barr ‘concerned’ that Clinton-paid Steele dossier was Russian disinformation

Barr made the explosive revelation during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing regarding the results of the special counsel’s probe. The investigation severely undercut the Democrat-funded Steele dossier, which alleged a “well-developed conspiracy” between the Trump campaign and Russian government.

Pelosi, Schumer want to turn Trump’s infrastructure plan into a climate change bill

In fact, the letter does not contain any mention of roads, bridges or highways, but instead urges Trump to “go beyond transportation” and include spending for climate change, housing initiatives, public health and “clean energy.”
