Fortunately, former representative Paul Dame’s slanted view of the GMCB and the board’s persistent efforts to implement health care reforms are not widely shared by those on the ground of Vermont’s health care system.

I am appalled that Governor Phil Scott would even consider directing schools to ask children if they joined other households for Thanksgiving. Governor Scott is not asking parents, he is asking children to incriminate their families.
So even if those pulling every stunt they can to get Joe Biden across the line mange to do so, Joe Biden is so damaged that he will never have any legitimacy. None. Zero.

A Health Department spokesperson said Wednesday, “there has been no discussion of making COVID-19 vaccines mandatory by the state.” At this Friday’s press conference, Vermont Daily plans to ask them for an update on any consideration mandatory vaccination.
“While this was a difficult decision to make, we cannot take any risks during a time that cases are increasing here in Vermont, and even more so in our surrounding states,” Condos said.

There are some bright spots to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. It is good to have a president who believes that the American people are strong, hard working, self-reliant and freedom-loving people who can keep America great.
As we eat our Thanksgiving turkey and pumpkin pie, it’s almost unavoidable that politics will come up at the dinner table. Someone says something controversial, another fires back, and 10 minutes later mother is removing the knives from the table so no one gets hurt.
