New Hampshire wrestling with COVID-19 vaccine funding amid protests

The council was expected to reconsider the contracts on Wednesday but the meeting was shut down after anti-vaccine protesters packed into the hall at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College, disrupting the proceedings. State police were called to the event.

Build it and they will come: Amtrak depot stands ready for 2022 service in Middlebury

The Ethan Allen Express train extends service beyond the current line’s terminus in Rutland and continues north to Vergennes and Burlington. It currently travels from New York City to Rutland, via Albany, New York, and Castleton. Service in Middlebury is anticipated sometime in 2022.

Convention of States Action released the poll Wednesday, which reports that 65% of surveyed voters “do not believe Americans should lose their jobs if they object to taking the COVID-19 vaccine.”

An update from Sept. 17, 2021, shows COVID-19 vaccine related deaths reported to the VAERS system at 15,386. Additionally, we find over 66,000 hospitalizations and 20,789 who have been permanently disabled.
