Never in the history of American presidential transition has a would-be ascendant so bluntly threatened free speech. She’s warning me — and she’s warning you: “You get in line now. For four years we have shamed you on Facebook and doxxed at work. Lately our friends in Big Tech have blacked out your Facebook page. Our friend Jake Tapper at CNN warned you that backing this president might cost you your job. Now we in the Resistance feel so secure in our triumph that we accuse you of being complicit in the fallen regime.”
AOC, I’ll make it easy for you. If you’re making a naughty list, add my name. I’m honored.
Because in my childhood home I learned to never threaten or bully.
In fourth grade, I learned about my sacred right to free speech and the never-ending fight to protect it.
And in my church, AOC, I learned the truth will set you free. I learned that if I speak the truth in love, what can man (or woman) do to me? So shame me or dox me or add my name to your loathsome list, but I will speak out for the Constitution and the people who support it. Because if I don’t, I might as well step through the prison door of fear and swing those bars shut behind me.
You should feel uneasy, AOC. There was once another group of Americans threatened by authoritarians like you. They stood up — at Concord, at Lexington, at Bunker Hill. In Philadelphia their names appeared on the Declaration of Independence. Today, a peaceful, irresistible army of Freedom is being mustered. Sign me up.

I have mixed Celtic blood – cantcha tell lol, daughter’s g-grandparents were immigrants – there was one lightbulb in the entire living space. Her grandfather never had a pair of shoes until he went to school – they lived in abject poverty for many years.
Became independently wealthy after starting business while working as a lineman and raising a family, put three of four kids thru school – writer, doctor and lawyer. Even after becoming wealthy agonized over buying a toothbrush but was very generous – bought my daughter a house and car.

What with Sandy the bartenders age,she is one of the great many uneducated and was never taught U S civics and thus is clueless of the lesson of Concord and Lexington.
What she would have learned is at the time most powerful nation at the time, lost to a bunch of farmers and shopkeepers with pitchforks and home built arms.
My best advice to her is come and take them,little uneducated girl.

It seems that New York has a reputation for rolling out fools in politics, let’s see
we have a bartender AOC in congress and Vermont’s very own barking buffoon
socialist sanders promoting her nonsense, these clowns take an oath to support
the Constitution but try to destroy it, Vermont should hang its head with shame for
having this clown represent us.
So if she thinks she’s going to intimidate any ” Patriots ” that followed the President,
she’s dumber than I thought…….
If she and her gaggle of fools want to step on the toes of us that follow and support
the Constitution of the United States as written, then all they have to do is look for the
flag we are flying, it’s ” Red, White, and Blue with Fifty Stars and Thirteen Stripes ”
even these fools can’t mistake it with all its glory…..
